Madison is overjoyed to be joining Stage Door Fine Arts as the Education Director! Madison has always loved theater and teaching and that started with her first production of Bye Bye Birdie, directed by Don Smith, when she was seven years old. She has been singing since she can remember and dancing since Paula's giant group tap classes! You may have seen her in Stage Door's first production of The Little Mermaid flipping in the air for her life, or as her final and most favorite SDFA role, Magenta, in The Rocky Horror Show.  Madison was part of SDFA’s first two productions and all of them that followed becoming one of the first 3 “Legends” and the first to reach “Hall of Fame” status!

Madison completed her BFA in Musical Theatre at Drake University and also spent a semester at the Eugene O'Neill National Music Theater Institute. After graduating college she moved to New York where she booked and originated the role of Patty in the First National Tour of A Charlie Brown Christmas Live! Madison then spent two years teaching voice lessons, piano lessons, and children's music classes with The School of Rock.

Since moving back to Illinois Madison's passion for theatre education has only increased. She loves how theater can bring kids out of their shells, help them make choices, and be unafraid to make mistakes. As a former shy kid herself, Madison knows how important it is to help kids find their own voices, and theater is the perfect way to do that.

Madison can't wait to continue growing the Education Programing at Stage Door Fine Arts and is thrilled to be back at home!
